We went there for breakfast.. First time there.. The service was unfriendly and the food was ok.. I asked for over easy eggs and they came out fully cooked.. She nevwr came back to ask how it was so i ate them.. They were to busy fighting about tables and who had what.. The only thing that was good was the coffee.. Sorry but will never go back

My wife and I went here on 7/3/2015 around noon and if I had a word to describe the event was disastrous. It was fairly busy as you would expect for a Friday before a holiday weekend that a lot of people take off. We went inside and saw no one available to take our name or seat us so we had to wait for a bit, that was the least of the issues. We ordered our food which was a steak omelet and bacon and eggs, nothing to elaborate or special about it. We waited for over 20 mins until the waitress comes over and said it will be another 15 mins, so I put her on the clock, if it took more than 15 we were leaving because we were starving. So 15 mins later we get the food. The omelet was flat and cold with as much cold shredded cheese on it as the omelet was tall. Also my wife's breakfast was stone cold as well with hash browns that were basically raw. I raised the issue with the manager because the omelet was not an omelet and our food was cold. He told me to eat the omelet and he would make me a second not omelet to go with the first one that was screwed up. I said I did not want whatever they served me and go back and do it right, he told me I was out of line and instead of making a scene we decided to leave. Then I go make a complaint to IHOP corporate, then it gets worse. I just got a call from the owner of the IHOP on 7/30/2015 around 10:00 AM and he told me that I over-exaggerated and what did I expect to happen. I was expecting an apology and was given a line of "how dare you complain" instead. He said that he has video of the event that occurred, but the problem with that he had no sound. So I had to make a complaint against the owner after he told me to basically blank myself which I told him to do so as well. Eat here if you wish, but I am done with this dump. It's a shame because this place use to be really good and now knowing how the ownership feels about customers who complain. No wonder the quality of the product is found lacking now.

I have not been in the IHOP for a while. I mean a while is minimum 5 years. We decide to go there have the snack at 10 pm before the cranky night. We have the coupon with free four pancakes. What I have use to a dish with fried half hen is no longer serve there. The menu is change a lot. It went to tradition American cuisine. I found myself lost looking at the menu. However, they still have different type of crepes in the menu. I love their crepe. That may be the only thing not change. But they did add chicken florentine crepe. I got to try that and they my new found love here. The crepe is cook along side with the wrapping ingredients. The ingredients are chopped chicken breast, spinach, mushroom, onion. These ingredients are stir fry and add on top of crepe then top with Swiss cheese. The cheese melt away and the crepe top with hollandaise sauce. This is creeeeepy day for me. But they are good. Overall the pricing with the food some good value and some are not. Service is great.

Waited over 30 minutes to be seated. The one waitress just kept saying a few more minutes. Other customers said she could seat us and she said blatantly to them in front of us that she was not ready to seat anyone and that we could continue waiting until she was out of the weeds, the wait got to be 4 groups of varying sizes and she didn't seem to care that we were waiting so we left and so did another party being fed up with the waitress. Disappointed =(

I save my 4 and 5 star reviews for places I can't wait to try again and get excited about. IHOP is an IHOP. Great when you're tired and hungry and don't feel like making breakfast or are hopping off the highway or perfect after lots of drinking. However this IHOP is on point! I've been several times and each time they are quick to turn around tables and deliver and clean up and it's a very much team effort. A friend and I went for breakfast yesterday and were seated quickly and had a spunky and friendly server. We got the [free refills!] iced mochas and about 2/3 the way through had 2 more brought out... like she was a mindreader! Our omelettes came out super fast and were cooked perfectly and huge - just ate the rest for today's breakfast. Favorite menu items are the Colorado and Big Steak Omelette, hashbrowns, and stuffed french toast... yum! We were probably in and out within 30-40 minutes?? And I had just gotten my iced mocha refill and she got me a to-go cup to enjoy the rest. Glad this place is open 24 hours and in a good location :)

Come here for lunch once in a while. Food and service is always good. But at the end of the day it's still just an IHOP. Nothing to write home about :-)

Living right by this Ihop, I have to say it is the nicest Ihop that I've been to. That being said, it's still Ihop. Not exactly setting the bar very high. Food is actually pretty good (and consistently good). What brings down my rating is the service. I've only had one good server (the only guy I've seen serve here too) and that's because he was messing with me and my friends. Other than that, you'll be lucky to get refills on drinks or your check in a timely manner.

This location is just down the block from my house and because it is open 24 hours, it is a very easy choice to go to. I usually go late in the evening and order breakfast :) Staff is courteous and the restaurant is very clean looking.

Poor service and low quality, mass produced food. Save your money and go to the Village Inn down the street.

This is the cleanest and friendliest Ihop that I have ever been too. I got about once a week, and the service is great. The waitress that I always request is awesome, and often gives us our drinks for free and always knocks something off the bill. Definitely a good place to go after a party or a club in the middle of the night!

Service was awesome. Food left a lot to be desired. I ordered sunny side up eggs and they came undercooked. The whites were raw and looked like mucus. I sent them back and the manager Tonia came over to tell me that I was wrong. I'm not sure if she expected me to apologize and eat them, but I let her know that an undercooked egg white from an egg that isn't pasteurized can cause food poisoning. I then asked for poached, and was sent an overcooked egg swimming in water. Needless to say I am not going back, not because of the eggs, but because of Tonia. She needs to learn that if a customer sends something back you take it, apologize and offer to replace it. Then you make sure whatever you take them is presentable. You do not, ever, argue with a customer.

Food is great. Hot and fresh every time. Prices are ok but that's IHOP corporate that sets that. Best breakfast around. Love the big steak omelette and the French toast!

I've been eating here with my dance team many nights for the past two years around 1-3 in the morning and they have always been great to us for a group almost always bigger than 10. I prefer IHOP over other breakfast places like First Watch because they have more options and portions in relation to the quantity of food you get. Good service and yummy food!

One of the few spots that was open on Christmas Day, so we didn't have much of a choice. We ordered the cheeseburgers, and though they were overpriced, they were still good- nothing spectacular though. The pecan pancakes were a bit dry, but still tasty. The ice cream fudge was delicious. Overall too pricy for the meh level of tastebud excitement.

Best Ihop I've ever been to. We are from Miami. I wanted Ihop, looked on map at the reviews for closest Ihops and the other two had 1-2 stars on help. This one has 3 1/2. Clean, new building, lots of room, excellent staff. I would have given them 5 stars but when I got my food my eggs were ice cold. Everything else was excellent. Trust me, ignore the other surrounding Ihops, come here!

Haven't been to an IHOP in years, but after a 5K on an already hungover morning, a friend and I decided to stop for breakfast. Just what you would expect, good food, mediocre service, and never ending coffee pot. Definitely did the trick!

Always a good stop for some late night breakfast after a night out with the USF crowd. Service is slow most of the time, but then again you're probably sobering up from partying aren't you? ;] Convenient location to visit on IHOP Free Pancake Day. They seem to still have the same manager and server as they had back during my first visit in 2008. More affordable than the closer Perkin's from USF. IHOP isn't a big deal when you're in the United States - but the minute you live the USA to a place like Korea or Japan where breakfast is consumed by few (unless you're talking rice and soup) - then you will come to appreciate and miss the greasy goodness of eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, ketchup, pancakes, and syrup!

Service was great, food was delicious, menu had amazing variety of dishes!! The sirloin tips w/ mushrooms and eggs were absolutely unreal!!! Loved the roast flavored coffee and chocolate chip pancakes too, yummy!! Also tried Belgium waffles and red velvet pancakes, both worth trying. Can't wait to come back!

*I forgot my camera, but the next I go in I'll be sure to bring it.* Okay, this location of IHOP is definitely the best I've been to. Firstly, the building is huge. There's lots of room and there's not way that they can't service their clientèle. The service was prompt and helpful. The only issue I had was when I asked to substitute (even for an up charge) my eggs for fruit. The server looked hesitant to tell me that, "They won't switch anything for eggs..." That was okay. The pancakes I had were more than enough anyway. I hardly finished those and let the Mr. have my eggs. ALSO, they are offering Smucker's sugar free syrup with is my favorite, so that wins me over on a level I can't even begin to explain. Either way, we enjoyed our visit, and with it being pretty inexpensive I'm sure we'll go again.
